Recently, a judge has ruled changes for Daca recipients. This has put many individuals at ease. According to Immigration Impact, “The ruling comes after the Supreme Court reversed the Trump administration’s first attempt to end DACA in July. Despite the Supreme Court decision, DHS refused to restore DACA to its initial state under Obama and instead pushed forward a number of new restrictive changes to the DACA program”.
The many attempts the Trump administration has tried to put an end to the DACA program has failed. This program has become very important to those children who were here in the United States since a very young age. Children who are brought to the States at a young age have rights in the country as well.
It is important to understand why this rule change is life changing and though the Trump Administration attempted to ban this policy, DACA recipients have defeated it.
