Arash Yasrebi
Attorney at Law

Arash Yasrebi obtained a BA in Accounting from California State University, Northridge in 2009. In May 2012, he graduated from University of San Francisco School of Law and was sworn in before the Supreme Court of California in December 2013.

During law school, Arash worked at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit as well as the Office of the Solicitor General of the Republic of the Philippines in Manila.

Judelle Serrano Mallari
Attorney at Law

Judelle went to University of California, Davis for Undergrad and graduated from Seattle University School of Law. She obtained her California Bar License in 2008 and has continuously practiced law. Judelle is a First Generation Immigrant who was brought to America by her parents when she was a young child.

Judelle is an effective and tireless Attorney who helps her clients with an amazingly friendly and humble attitude. She has years of experience practicing Family Law, and more recently Immigration Law. Currently, Judelle is mostly focused on Immigration matters. She speaks Tagalog and Ilocano, in addition to English.

Matthew Olsman
Attorney at Law

Matt attended University of San Francisco for both Undergrad and Law School. He received his California Bar License in 2013 and has continuously been practicing law.

Matt is already a fine Criminal Defense Attorney, but he is now eager to advance his Immigration Law experience. Since many immigration cases can be affected by prior convictions, Matt is an invaluable resource for our clients.

Qian (Penny) Chen
Attorney at Law

Penny graduated from Fudan University School of Law in 2009, and later received her LL.M. degree with a specialization in International Business and Trade from University of California, Hastings College of the Law. Penny was admitted in California in 2013, and has continuously been practicing law.

She previously volunteered at The New Americans Campaign United For Citizenship, and served as the Co-Managing Editor for Stanford Law School China Guiding Cases Project in 2012. As a Mandarin-English bilingual attorney, Penny is passionate about pro-bono work and remains committed to helping those in need within her community.

Adrien Tofighi
Office Manager

Adrien has worked for various organizations within human and land rights, including Amnesty International and the Natural Resources Defense Council. You can find him in the Oakland office making sure Yasrebi Law's internal systems are running smoothly, translating and preparing cases for our lawyers, or developing new outreach programs.

Adrien was born in France and is a first-generation immigrant, holds dual BA degrees in Political Economics & Sustainable Development, and speaks fluent Spanish, English, and French.

Sarah Renovato
Office Assistant

Sarah is our awesome Office Assistant who works tirelessly to help schedule and confirm appointments, maintain our Social Media pages, and assist Arash in conducting management tasks.

Sarah is a fluent Spanish speaker. She helps with interpretations for Spanish speaking clients, and some document translations.

Legal Intern

Julie is our Legal Intern and a first-generation immigrant from Mexico. She's a fluent Spanish speaker and supports our lawyers in various capacities such as inputting client intake forms and translating documents.
