Starting April 1, 2024, applicants and petitioners must submit the 04/01/24 edition of these forms along with the appropriate fee specified in the USCIS Fee Schedule G-1055. Any prior versions of these forms will be rejected.

Note: Only the 04/01/24 edition of these forms will be accepted if postmarked on or after April 1, 2024.
