Change in Filing Location for Form I-730, Refugee/Asylee Relative Petition

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is implementing a filing location change for Form I-730, Refugee/Asylee Relative Petition, in an effort to enhance efficiency within an increasingly electronic landscape. Previously, petitioners filed this form at either the Texas Service Center or the Nebraska Service Center, depending on their state of residence. With the new adjustment, all Form I-730 petitions should now be submitted to the Texas Service Center at the following address:

USCIS Texas Service Center
Attn: I-730
6046 N. Belt Line Rd. Ste. 730
Irving, TX 75038-0019

This modification took effect on January 1, 2023. It's essential to note that while the filing location has changed, all procedures and adjudicative processes for Form I-730 remain unchanged.

To facilitate a smooth transition, a 30-day grace period is provided for filings initially sent to the Nebraska Service Center. During this grace period, USCIS will redirect these submissions to the Texas Service Center. Starting January 31, 2023, any Form I-730 petitions sent to the Nebraska Service Center will be rejected.

USCIS appreciates your cooperation as we implement this filing location adjustment, aiming to optimize processes in line with the evolving landscape of immigration procedures.
